Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Prahu Creations, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, due to the nature of our items, we have specific guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please read our policies carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Returns
a. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- You must provide a video of the unboxing process showing the item in its original packaging and condition.
- The item must be received as broken or defective.
- The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
b. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Sale items (if applicable)
c. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the broken or defective item.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Ship your item back to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
Refunds
a. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
b. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use not shown in the unboxing video
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 7 days after receiving the return authorization
c. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as shown in the unboxing video. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] and follow the return process outlined above.
Cancellations
a. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
b. Cancellation Process
- Contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If your cancellation is approved, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
c. Non-cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow the return process once you receive the item.
